❆ Wrap each piece well with plastic wrap to prevent evaporation of liquids
❆ Put the chunks in the freezer on the inside.
❆ To thaw, remove the meat directly into the refrigerator and let it thaw. It will take about two days for full thawing.
You should know that whole meat chunks that have been frozen in your freezer can stay there safely, for six months, a year. Frozen ground meat – it is recommended to freeze for up to two or three months.
