Holon’s annual food festival was held on Monday, September 16, 2019, at the Nathaniel Avenue in the center. This is the first time the festival is being held at the Young Center which will celebrate its one year activity next month. The complex has eight restaurants and cafes, and the decision to hold the food festival in the complex was made to promote the businesses currently operating on the site and provide a recreation experience for the city’s residents.

The festival’s guests will enjoy a variety of food trucks, “Food Trax,” by the country’s leading chefs serving meat and alcohol. On the spot you will find Chef Dor Cohen’s deli specializing in smoked meats and sausages, the “Pantry”, which will serve Moroccan parana with dismantled asado; The Byrne chain, which has seven branches across the country, will offer guests a hot dog in a 100% meat atmosphere.

The private chef who participated in the reality show “Chef’s Games” in Season 3, specializing in meat and street food, will serve the Sloppy Joe – a popular American cuisine that includes a hamburger bun, including ground beef, fried onions, sweet tomato sauce or ketchup and spices. The owners of Busters Brewery Israeli boutique Matthew, will be pouring unique drinks and alcoholic cider to guests. DJ Omar Bauer will be absorbing at the festival, bar tables and unique delicacies will be scattered throughout the complex for the pleasure of those who want to cool off in the air conditioner.
