STEP 1 :
- Cut the beef into cubes.
- In a salad bowl, mix the spices, salt and pepper, add the meat cubes and coat them well with the spices.
- In a sauce pan, scald the tomatoes and remove the skin. Cut them roughly.
STEP 2 :
- Heat a pan with olive oil, add the meat and onions over high heat for 8 min until they color, add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 min, add the broth and the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 1h30min over low heat.
- Add the pumpkin cubes, cook for another 20 min. 5 min before the end, add the dates. Once off the heat, sprinkle chopped coriander on top.
- Serve hot.
