Veal burger

Ingredients

500 gr. veal neck ground twice
500 gr. veal ribs ground twice
200 gr. fat
1 cup BBQ sauce (for a smoked flavor)
1 cup ketchup (for a sweet flavor)
1 cup soda water

Preparation

Grind the meat and fat twice.
Add BBQ sauce or ketchup of your choice.
Add soda.
Mix well until uniform.
Prepare burgers of the desired weight and chill in refrigerate for 4-8 hours until firm.
Remove from fridge after 4 hours and transfer to very hot, preheated skillet with grill lines.

Recommended to serve with:
Bun.
Mayonnaise.
Ketchup.
Mustard.
Sour pickle.
Fried onion.
Lettuce.
Fried egg.
Sautéed mushrooms.
Potato wedges.
French fries.
