CONFIGURING YOUR INTERNET BROWSER
Open Internet Explorer.
In the menu bar, click on Tools -> Security -> Delete Browsing History.
Check the box next to Cookies and then tap or click Delete.
TO BLOCK OR ACCEPT COOKIES
Open Internet Explorer.
In the menu bar, click on Tools -> Internet Options.

In iOS 7 or earlier, you can choose between Never, Third Parties and Advertisers, and Always.
