Beef Pots

1.2 kg of heel
1 white cabbage
4 leeks
4 carrots
1 onion pricked with 4 cloves
1 clove of garlic
1 bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf, parsley, celery)
150 g grated cheese parve
salt pepper


Place the meat with the bouquet garni and the garlic in a casserole dish. Cover with cold water, gently bring to a boil, skimming as you go. Add the onion, carrots cut into rings, leeks tied in a bunch and the cabbage, cut and blanched. Salt, pepper and cook 45 min in a pressure cooker.
Drain the meat and vegetables. Cut the meat into cubes. Divide it along with the leeks, carrots and cabbage in small individual baking pots. Sprinkle with croutons and cheese parve and bake for a few minutes in the oven.
Serve immediately.
